In your message to support, include the Lumixi version, the model and Android version of the phones, the role involved (Camera or Monitor), and roughly when the problem happened. A short description of what you expected and what actually occurred helps us reproduce it.
Protecting your information
Never share a password, a temporary pairing code, or any banking details.
To delete your account without the app, write from the address of the Google account you use with Lumixi. We never ask for identity documents. See also the privacy policy and the deletion procedure.
